Our attorney Seth was our savior. That is not a exaggeration as our contractor had caused so much damage to our house the City of Seattle placed a Notice of Violation on our property and we could not get it removed unless we fixed the damages by the contractor. Damages were in excess of what we could afford and the contractor went down a rabbit hole. We contacted Levy Von Beck Comstock and were assigned Seth Chastain. Seth was very sympathetic to our situation and told us he would take on our case. Once we hired him we immediately felt we had someone to help us out and had our back. He made us feel like we had a partner. He coordinated all of the experts to create a great demand letter to the opposing side, and worked very well with opposing counsel. He communicated every step of the way, and there were many steps in this whole process. Seth got us into mediation and we settled with the opposing side. Both me and my wife do not like to talk about what it would have been like if we did not have Seth fighting for us. He performed magnificently.
